Gentle Touch Orthodontics has been providing orthodontic services to the South Australian community for almost 40 years and is one of the longest running practices in Adelaide. Dr Grahame Moore began the practice in 1971 and was joined by Dr Stephen Bajada in 1984 to form Moore Bajada Orthodontists. The main branch was centrally located in Rose Park with several satellite and country branches. Together they established one of the most well-respected orthodontic practices in the state with several of their patients becoming members of the dental profession themselves. Grahame and Steve welcomed Dr Balya Sriram to the practice in 2013 and in doing so, also brought in the latest orthodontic principles and technology to their patients and ensured a succession plan for one of the most reputable practices in Adelaide. The practice was named Sriram Moore Bajada or SMB Orthodontics from 2016 to May 2019 and then Gentle Touch Orthodontics from June 2019.

Drs Moore and Bajada retired from the practice in 2018 having served the community for over 40 years and in several instances had treated 3 generations of the same family. Under the guidance of Dr Sriram, both the practices at Rose Park and St Clair have recently moved into state-of-the-art, purpose-built premises where she and the team continue to provide the highest level of orthodontic care in Adelaide. Balya also continues to provide Orthodontic services on Kangaroo Island.
